Can I cancel / reschedule my appointment?
You can cancel / reschedule your appointment on our online portal 48 hours before you appointment for free. If less than 48 hours, please contact us, we will sort it for you!
Do I have to pay when scheduling online?
All payments are done at the clinic after your treatment! To reduce no-shows and spam, we keep debit card details on file, and only charge 100 AED in cases if there is no-show with no notice. You can book for free via Whatsapp with us!
Can I still book via Whatsapp?
Yes. If you want to avoid having your card on file, we still accept any bookings or reschedules via WhatsApp.
