Why Exosomes are Different.
Exosomes: Instructions, Not Ingredients.
Almost everything in a routine supplies the skin with a material. Vitamin C supplies an antioxidant, hyaluronic acid supplies water-binding capacity, peptides supply building blocks. Your cells decide what to do with it.
Exosomes supply instruction instead. Releasing them is how cells coordinate with one another. When a cell absorbs one, the microRNA inside alters which of its genes are switched on, so the cell itself starts producing differently. Your body start producing collagen faster and more efficiently from ingredients it already has.
Delivered Into the Dermis.
The stratum corneum regulates absorption largely by molecular size. Small actives such as niacinamide and ascorbic acid cross it readily. An exosome measures 30 to 150 nanometres, which is far too large to pass through intact skin.
Microneedling therefore functions as the delivery route rather than an adjunct. Thousands of temporary microchannels are created into the dermis and ASCE+ is applied while they remain open. The cascade this initiates leaves fibroblasts already activated.
Highest Purity Exosomes.
Exosomes account for only 0.1 to 0.5% of stem cell culture medium. Isolating them means separating nanometer vesicles from a far larger volume of proteins, lipids and cellular debris, and the published literature consistently identifies this purification step as the most difficult stage of exosome manufacture. Low yield and inconsistent purity remain the field’s central problem.

Are ASCE+ exosomes injected?
No. ASCE+ is applied through microchannels made during treatment, using microneedling, which is how the evidence supports it.
How many sessions do I need?

Is this the same as an exosome serum / skincare?
